In April 2019 IKEA will be launching new smart home blinds: the Kadrilj, a set of grey blinds and Fyrtur blackout shades. Each line has removable, rechargeable battery packs and each set is compatible with Tradfri smart lights plugs.
The FYRTUR shades are designed as a blackout blinds and are is powered by a rechargeable battery with HomeKit support. The KADRILJ blinds are more traditional blinds that let light a little through. For both styles you can also use Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri or HomeKit, Symfonisk / Sonos and Google Assistant to raise, lower and program.
These new smart blinds will work with IKEA's existing Vidga series of curtain rails.
